Third stage

In Richmond, Virginia, we first demonstrated the airter at the Sports Backer Stadium on a football field and then went to the Diamond Park Stadium. Diamond Park is a baseball stadium in Richmond, Virginia. It is home to Richmond Flying Squirrels of the Eastern League and the Virginia Commonwealth University baseball team and has a capacity of around 12,200 spectators. The demonstration was attended by many interested Greenkeepers from golf, base and football facilities. Everyone was very interested and enthusiastic about the airter.

Fourth stage

In Durham, North Carolina we drove to the renowned Duke University and successfully demonstrated the airter on campus. Here, too, the Headgreenkeeper used a penetrometer to control the positively measurable loosening of the lawn base layer. Here the loosening of over 80% was measurable! Afterwards we drove to Columbia, South Carolina to the William Brice Stadium. This large stadium has a spectator capacity of over 80’250 people.

On the American football fields next to the stadium we did the last demonstration with the airter. The Headgreenkeeper of the area, Mister Clark Cox, board member of the Sports Turf Managers Association (STMA) came to the demonstration. Clark Cox had only talked good about the airter and immediately recognized the efficiency and profitability of the airter. A very successful first roadshow comes to an end in the USA!
